Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to support them in the modernization of their HR and payroll functions. As a transformation leader, you will orchestrate the strategic, operational, and technological dimensions of deploying the HRIS solution.
Mandate responsibilities
Leadership and Governance
Manage the HRIS implementation project from start to finish (planning, execution, migration, parallel testing, deployment and stabilization).
Establish program governance and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
Supervise multidisciplinary project teams (HR, payroll, IT, partners).
Work collaboratively with change management, communication, and training teams
Delivery management
Ensure the management of risks, dependencies and critical issues.
Oversee configuration, integration, data migration, and testing activities.
Guarantee the quality of the deliverables as well as the respect of deadlines and the budget.
Profile and qualifications sought
8 to 12 years of experience in consulting or managing digital transformation projects.
Active participation in several complete deployments of HRIS solutions (HCM, Payroll, Talent).
French and English bilingualism.
Assets: PMP/PRINCE2 certification and knowledge of Workday.
