Manager - Digital Transformation and Data

About the mandate

Our client is looking for a manager to support the modernization of its data and reporting functions (digital transformation and data). This is a 9-month consultation mandate, in hybrid mode in Montreal, with immediate start.

Key responsibilities

‍

Team leadership and coordination

‍

Lead a team of 12 professionals (data architect, BI developers, BI developers, BI analysts, BI administrator, data platform analyst)

‍

Manage incidents, improvement requests, and issues according to service level agreements

‍

Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requests and ensure on-time deliveries

‍

Act as a data and reporting expert within the organization

‍

Define measurable goals for the team and monitor performance

‍

Technical expertise required

‍

Technology expertise: SAP Business Warehouse, SAP Business Objects, SAP Business Objects, Tableau, Snowflake, Power BI

‍

Profile wanted

‍

Experience and training

‍

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer engineering, or related field

‍

Minimum 8 years of experience in IT team management

‍

Experience in the digital transformation of data and reporting functions

‍
