PlanAxion assists a client in optimizing its Workday platform, more specifically the Adaptive Planning module (financial planning and workforce planning). Following the production of a first version (MVP), the mandate aims to structure, improve and document the planning and monitoring processes.
Objectives of the mandate
• Recommend functional and technological guidelines to take full advantage of Adaptive Planning.
• Analyze the current configuration and propose the required changes.
• Establish a continuous forecasting process.
• Ensure functional and technical consistency between Workday and Adaptive Planning
• Support planning, configuration, testing, and reporting
• Produce and validate documentation (guides, appendices, configuration matrices, etc.).
Key responsibilities
• Participate in design workshops and validation sessions, and act as a reference for internal teams.
• Ensure integration between Workday and Adaptive Planning
• Identify functional differences and propose appropriate solutions.
• Set up and test budget and workforce planning models.
• Develop reports in Workday and Adaptive Planning
• Train and support key users in the use of functionalities.
Profile wanted
• Demonstrated experience implementing Adaptive Planning integrated with Workday.
• Knowledge of Workday's Finances and Human Capital modules.
• Control of financial planning and workforce planning processes.
• Ability to make clear recommendations and optimize the use of systems.
• Excellent ability to write and structure deliverables.
• Autonomy, rigor and a sense of collaboration in a matrix environment.
• Fluency in French (oral and written) essential; knowledge of the Workday Project module is an asset.
Terms of reference
• Duration: 6 months, renewable.
• Effort: 30 to 40 hours per week.
• Desired start: January 19, 2026.
• Working mode: hybrid, with remote work and presence required at least 2 days per week in the client's offices in Montreal and/or Quebec City.
• Travel to Quebec City for some key workshops.
