Jean-François Desroches, MBA, PMP and SSM, is Managing Partner and Program Director at PlanAxion. His work focuses on the governance and delivery of complex ERP initiatives, especially those involving several systems, delivery partners and business teams.
He helps clarify decisions, responsibilities and risks affecting project milestones. When a program is in trouble, he works from documented facts and a realistic recovery path, independently of the implementation partner.
