      Response scale

      0 Non-existent · 1 Informal · 2 Partial · 3 Defined · 4 Operational

A score of 3 or 4 should be backed by evidence: a document, a recorded decision or a named owner.

      0–39 Insufficient readiness

      40–59 Fragile foundations

      60–74 Partial readiness

      75–89 Good readiness

      90–100 Strong readiness

The index evaluates organizational readiness. It does not predict the success or failure of an ERP project and does not replace a detailed assessment of the organization’s context.
