Intermediate IT / ERP Project Manager — Longueuil

PlanAxion, an independent ERP advisory firm based in Montreal, is recruiting an intermediate project manager for a long-term strategic assignment.

Mandatory eligibility requirements

• Currently live in Longueuil or the immediate surrounding area.
• Full professional proficiency in spoken and written French; the working environment is Francophone.
• Valid authorization to work in Canada; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Project context

Support the leadership of a major Order-to-Cash transformation program involving approximately 150 contributors, including:

• A global SAP implementation partner.
• Integration of three critical third-party solutions.
• Ongoing coordination between business and IT teams.
• Agile/hybrid delivery with two on-site days per week in Longueuil.

Duration: Through March 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage critical workstreams within the program.
• Coordinate external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Manage risks, milestones and complex deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.

Required profile

• At least five years of experience managing IT projects of varying complexity.
• ERP/SAP and Order-to-Cash process experience are major assets.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile and hybrid methods.
• Autonomy, collaborative leadership and adaptability.
• Advanced French proficiency is mandatory.

Work arrangement

Hybrid: two days per week on-site in Longueuil.
