Response scale
0 Nonexistent · 1 Informal · 2 Partial · 3 Defined · 4 Operational
A score of 3 or 4 should be supported by evidence: a document, a recorded decision or a named owner.
0–39 Insufficient readiness
40–59 Fragile foundations
60–74 Partial readiness
75–89 Good readiness
90–100 Strong readiness
The index assesses organizational readiness. It does not predict ERP project success or failure and does not replace a detailed analysis of the organization’s context.
PlanAxion can turn the gaps revealed by the index into a prioritized action plan before ERP selection or implementation.
